Once we've received your approval of our proof, all orders are despatched within 2 working days (except Presentation Folders and Brochures/Booklets which are despatched within 5 working days).

If you request a printed proof, it will be sent via First Class Royal Mail post on the same day we receive your order*

If you request an on-screen (PDF) proof, it will be emailed to you on the same day we receive your order.*

Please note we cannot begin to print your order until we receive your approval of our proof.

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account and selecting 'view/track orders'.

*Applies to orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown). If we encounter problems with your artwork, there may be a delay whilst these are resolved. If we're creating artwork on your behalf, an initial on-screen (PDF) proof will be supplied to you within 2 working days, so please allow extra time for proofing and amendments. All orders are delivered via Interlink overnight courier. Deliveries can take place at any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm. A signature is required.

1) Choose a product from the list on the left of your screen, then select the size you require.

2) Select from the various printing and paper options available, then click on a price for more options.

3) Decide which service you require. We can print from your own artwork or provide low cost, fully inclusive artwork and design services.

4) At this point, you can choose to email a quote or proceed to place your order.

5) Create or log-in to your account and confirm your contact, payment and delivery address details.

6) Upload your artwork or any other files we may require.

We will prepare a printed proof which is usually sent via Royal Mail first class post on the same day as we receive your order and artwork. If you have opted to receive an on-screen (PDF) proof, the proof will be emailed to you same day.*

When you receive our proof, you will be asked to log-in to your account and give us your approval to proceed. Please note we cannot begin to print your order until we receive your approval. On receipt of your proof approval, we will print and deliver your order direct to your door. Most standard products are despatched within 2 working days via overnight courier. See individual products for more information.

Artwork Amends...

Using our on-line system (full details are supplied along with your proof) you can choose to either upload revised artwork or ask us to make the changes on your behalf. Another proof will then be supplied for your approval.

We make a small charge of £10* (+ VAT where applicable) to cover the cost of processing your new artwork or carrying out your amends. Therefore, please make sure you carefully check your artwork for typing errors, low resolution images and formatting problems BEFORE you supply it to us!

Obviously, if the problem is our fault, we'll sort it out free of charge.

* Prices subject to VAT where applicable. Complex amendments may be subject to additional charges. In this instance, a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the cost and obtain your approval to proceed.
