Your FREE printed proof will be sent via First Class Royal Mail post on the same day you place your order*. If you've opted for an on-screen (PDF) proof, this will be emailed to you same day*. Your order will be despatched via overnight courier within 2 working days of proof approval (except Presentation Folders which are despatched within 5 working days). We don't charge extra for this speedy service... it's all included in the price!

If we're creating artwork on your behalf, an initial on-screen (PDF) proof will be supplied to you within 2 working days, so please allow extra time for proofing and amendments. All orders are delivered via Interlink overnight courier. Deliveries can take place at any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm. A signature is required.
StressFreePrint are fairly unique for an online print company. Whilst some of our competitors charge £40+ for a printed proof, we supply one FREE with every order. Why? Because we think it's essential that you see how your document will look BEFORE we print it.
We're not keen on on-screen (PDF) proofs, although we will supply one instead of a printed proof if you insist! Whilst on-screen proofs allow you to make one last check for typing errors and formatting problems, it can be difficult to spot some of the issues which can affect the finished printed document. They're certainly not colour accurate.
In contrast, our printed proofs are produced on the paper you have specified using exactly the same technology as we will use to print your order. Think of them as your safety net, protecting you against the potential delay and expense of a reprint.
If you've created artwork using Word, Powerpoint, Publisher or Corel, we need to covert your files into a suitable format, making a printed proof even more important.
Please note, we cannot begin to print your order until we receive your approval of our proof.
